    that was hilarious! Japan is indeed paradise for smokers, though i somehow doubt it that those poor "refugees" would be welcomed with open arms.

    Mmm... are you implying that Japan has a less-than-charitible attitude to refugees...? Why, I have it on good authority that they accept at least one or two every year...
