  1. Rick, in B&W the storm (the one that is about to fall) looks more severe. I can almost see Dorothy looking for her dog before getting shelter.

    It's interesting that you get a feeling of an impending storm in a couple of recent pics. It must be the light.
    Really, though, it was just cloudy after some rain in the "train" pic, and in this one it was cloudy and beginning to get dark (early evening).
    When typhoon season starts this summer it'll be really hard to get any good pics without damaging the camera, but from the safety of my balcony maybe I can catch a few seconds of video and post it (I did that once before).

  3. Rick, there have been pretty awful storms here in Rio. The ones that leave damage and deaths behind.

    I have also been hit by internal storms...

    Anyway, I would like to see that video, do you know where is it in your blog?

  5. God's wrath!
    Our tropical storms are very awful too. The amount of water is not different but it falls more vertically and it is usually preceded by scaring lightening and LOUD thunders (like two thousand bombs!).
