Nyantaro, This building is actually several years old, but I'm sure Miyazaki's popular governor is working hard to to give us lots of shiny, new buildings! ;-)
Very pretty, there is a county jail building in San Francisco that is also very attractive, visible from the freeway. The windows aren't as big, though.
Artsparker, This building is probably less attractive than the photo lets on. It's location, the glass, and variations in light, etc. sometimes offer some interesting scenes, though.
