I like this. You know, I hate those ubiquitous wires that you can't get away from (although you may have noticed there are none in the French Quarter here). So I always get a kick out of the ways we find to put them to use. Here I see the natural world rising up against the man-made one, knowing full well who will win the battle and who will ultimately win the war. Plus, it's all black and gray, and that is so cool.
Glenn, I just figured you guys were being nice by not mentioning it! This is what happens when you store photos on more than one machine ("Hey, this one hasn't been edited...").
To be honest, when I saw this picture I felt I had seen it before. But since am also going senile, I just went ahead with my comment (in case I left a message at the other post, I hope I didn't write the same stuff).

ReplyDeleteFunny, I see the branches as "fingers" trying to play the "cords", as if the wires were part of a guitar.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of music would it be?
Heh, I just realized that I already posted this a couple of weeks ago. Must be going senile.
ReplyDeleteHa! I've done that. And isn't it always the photographer who notices it first?
