Psephis, The green thing is some sort of very small garden decoration. I didn't notice it when I took the pic, but it does look like a bottle, doesn't it. It was a tiny detail that made this one a keeper for me.
Hi Susan, One thing I haven't said. This scene is actually from one of the balconies in my own condo (my wife has set up a tiny "garden" there). It was "unknown" to me (though I pass within 2 or 3 feet of it about a hundred times a day!). You've pretty much nailed it!
Oh, this is wonderful, a clever photo of a witty object. I'll have to show it to Bobby, give him a project.
ReplyDeleteI like what you did with the angles in this. Looks like there could be a strange story here.
ReplyDeleteHi Rick! What's the green thing next to the "hollow man"? It looks like a bottle, so I think the "man" was drunk!
ReplyDeleteThanks guys, glad you liked it.

I thought it was, like, a wine bottle the first time I saw it. Now I think it's some kind of Mayflower-pilgrim Kermit the Frog.
ReplyDeleteStrange discovery. Looking through a window into some unknown world which is somehow close at hand.
