Anyone who knows me knows that, when it comes to music, I'm a fuckin' rock pig. This week I've been listening to what I think might be the best rock album released this year, Little Lucid Moments by Norwegian band Motorpsycho. They're not metal, they're psychedelic/early-Yes-without-the-keyboards/Foo Fighters-meets-Dinosaur Jr./three-piece, guitar-drums-bass rock motherfuckers. Very highly recommended if you can still enjoy a guitar solo and some well-structured-yet-jammin' tunes without needing medical attention.
Here's an older tune from Black Hole Blank Canvas just to give you a taste. If this turns your crank, the new one will give you flashbacks. If you don't like this, well, maybe you'd better stick with your Clapton Unplugged or Paul Rodgers with Queen or some other shit from the geriatric ward...
