AV, Heh, that's the second time recently you've asked a similar question. Yes, it's a "real" scene with a real train. It was shot at high zoom so (I think) there's an optical effect that makes the background appear to loom over the train and give it a kind of diorama effect. I only noticed after I shot it (I'm no photo whiz!).
Oh dear, I'm getting repetitive, aren't I!?! It must have something to do with the way you shoot it, - and the colouration - or it could just be the nature of your environment - it looks too good to be true, too neat, too orderly -and hence the "is it real" question.
