  1. I wonder what is the meaning of the big "O"'s at the shopfront's bottom left corner. Something that costs zero yen? Japanese letter with a special meaning? Anything else?

  2. I thought it might mean zero calories! Some kind of diet energy drink? sp

  4. Zero calories - of course! That must be it.

By the way, I have to say that some -I mean, a lot of- the photos recently posted here, are really amazing.

  5. Psephis an Susanna,
Actually it means "zero yen" (i.e. "free," "no charge," etc.). I'm not sure of the details, but it has something to do with Fuji Film and printing (I guess photos). It's un-related to the vending machine! ;-)

    Susan,
Yes, this one doubles as a rice harvester! ;-)
