Artsparker, In fact, I believe these are "feral" cats (i.e. "homeless"), and I suspect they're waiting for the someone (I imagine some kind old woman) who comes everyday and gives them something to eat. The kind old woman comes in her spaceship.
They can only be lotcats if you write a funny quip to go with them and that lot certainly have the look for funny quips! Now, stop being lazy and get quipping! ;-)
