At 53, Still a Dork with a Camera...

It may seem like I'm in the process of abandoning this blog. That's not really my plan. It's more like... I'm trying to figure out how to properly integrate all of the social stuff that's happening on the web right now.

I've been spending a lot of time on Facebook recently. (Please, regular viewers who actually know my name--I know yours--if you're on Facebook, I'd be happy to be your friend.) I've been in more of a "hanging out" mood than an expository one. Facebook's good for that! We'll see how Google+ works out...

In the meantime...?

  1. Google+ offers much better photo resolution, via Picasa, than Facebook does.

  2. This is a great picture. I may have to try out that rainwater technique on myself (God knows, we're getting enough rain down here). That kind of visual interference makes us all look good.

  3. Brad,
I think you're right, but Facebook does have a hi-res option if you are creating a folder... Still, not as good as Picasa or Flickr...

  4. Glenn,
Thanks. And yeah, I was surprised how that one made me look better than I actually do!
