Pocari sweat? What does that mean? The word sweat, as I know is so disgusting. But maybe I simply don't know all the meanings of the word...

Haha! Pocari Sweat is a brand of sports drink here in Japan. I guess the idea is that it replaces all the necessary things you've "sweated" out during exercise. Your reaction is pretty typical for anyone who understands English.
