Heh... In fairness to the boys in the band, this seems to be fairly ancient and the voices and music are clearly fake (ie. it's not Sabbath speaking or playing). Whether or not this was an 'official' product, I really couldn't say. It looks to me like a 'one-off' type thing, but maybe some of my UK readers can help me out here...?
You could consult Black Sabbath: Doom Let Loose : an Illustrated History, by Martin Popoff (Toronto: ECW Press, 2006). I was looking through it, there's a five-page discography at the back and quite a lot of stuff.
Actually, as I was looking for this video on YouTube, I saw one result that referenced SNL's "Saturday TV Funhouse" - which, in retrospect, it looks like a textbook example of.
